Bug#266624: marked as done ("anna install <foo>")

It would be very useful if "anna install <foo>" worked at the command
line to install foo and its dependencies, a-la-apt. I think this would
let us remove many iffy dependencies, such as grub-installer's dep on
os-prober, instead it could simply retreive os-prober if it's available.
