Bug#303219: grep lacks -E and -F options (egrep and fgrep are deprecated in SuSv3)

According to SuSv2 (POSIX), egrep and fgrep are obsolete, in favour of
grep -E and grep -F.  busybox only implements egrep and fgrep.

This makes it impossible to use busybox with POSIX (and
SuSv3)-compliant scripts.
