Comments/Problems:
If the installer is started with linux26 it fails to detect the cd-rom
drive (a TEAC CD 224-E). This step works if I use the default 2.4
kernel. With 2.4 I can see it even as "cat /proc/ide/ide0/hda/model".
This returns the correct desription of the drive.
