installer still not in Sarge ?

Hi!

I downloaded the Sarge weekly CD images on 2005-jan-25 ( label is :
Debian GNU/Linux testing "Sarge" - Official Snapshot i386 Binary-1 (20050122) )

annd se the same hungup as in the the september version.
It seems that the new installer is not merged.
If that is true, why ?
I see there wasn't any changes to the installer, so why does the official
sarge images not have it ?
