Comments/Problems:

I chose to manually enter my mirror location as I have one on my local
subnet.  Seemed to work OK at first -- 'apt-get update' ran ok, but then
I'm sent right back to the "Please choose the method apt should use to
access the Debian archive" screen.  I've already done that but the
installer doesn't seem to realize it....

Let me know if I can provide any more information.

Known bug. As there aren't any unknown bugs, I'm closing this bug report. 
We're trying to no loose the overview (>120 installation reports).
