Yes, you are right here. It was a bit confusing to have 3 of 15 computers with 
different hd configuration... I didn't know about it until they failed to 
boot. In fact, I haven't realized that I should had answered 'no' to this 
question until I've read your explanation (and these wasn't my first Debian 
installations :( ).

I don't know if it can help, or if the result may be uncomfortable for some 
users, but a possibility is:

Install the GRUB boot loader to the master boot record? (Yes/No) Yes
You have many hd. Which MBR do you want GRUB to be installed? (hda/hdb) hdb
