In the header: "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1\n" I corrected this this morning in both branches. I did not put the Closes line in the changelog because I haven't tested whether this fixes the bug or not. That problem is tricky to find as it seems to happen only on automated installs.
