Package: base-config Severity: wishlist This bug is merely a TODO for post-sarge, although it would be great to have this fixed even before sarge's release: http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2004/11/msg00279.html My suggestion would be to add a prompt before the tasks are displayed, asking whether the user would like to install additional software or just be dumped into a minimal system. Simple yes/no question, with 'yes' (go and install some software) being the default, if it must. I would be happy to submit a patch. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (600, 'testing'), (98, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-cirrus Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_GB.UTF-8) -- .''`. martin f. krafft <madduck@debian.org> : :' : proud Debian developer, admin, user, and author `. `'` `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing a system Invalid/expired PGP subkeys?
