Thank you for this wonderfull insight into the historic reasons for this 
locale.

For some reason it makes me want to add a line of code to explicitly 
exclude en_DK when building the shortlists, just to restore the balance 
in the shortlists and not make other countries feel like they are being 
discriminated against ;-D
