You will have to provide more information for us to be able to help you
with this.
Please fill out a full installation report (see [1]) and send it to
279979@bugs.debian.org.
Especially indicate what filesystems you selected for mountpoints, if you
used LVM and/or RAID and how you installed the bootloader.
