Tasksel prints translated tasks with help from gettext, so they can
be displayed if translations have been previously written into
/usr/share/locale/<LOCALE>/LC_MESSAGES/debian-tasks.mo compiled files
('debian-tasks' textdomain is hardcoded, not sure if this is a good
thing).

/usr/share/doc/debtags/README.Debian.gz has some words about i18n,
but it seems that nothing has been implemented, so AFAICT translations
are not supported.
