This is probably because of the problem of the Woody packages on the 
security archive for Testing which I have mentioned a few times.

You probably did not select any other source for p[ackage installation 
after the reboot than your netinst CD.
This is not really supported.
Adding a network mirror (http:// source) to your /etc/apt/sources.list 
should solve this problem.
