Is your system amd64 or x86 ?

If it's amd64, you will have a SMP-kernel when using full CD with all
versions of kernel packages.

If it's x86, it's not handled for the moment, and in this case, if you
can provide /proc/cpuinfo, it will be greatly appreciated.
