Trying to install in qemu from 
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/sid_d-i/i386/pre-rc2/sarge-i386-businesscard.iso
downloaded 2. October 2004.

When choosing Norwegian Bokmaal as language, the installation loops at 
the stage "Choose country or region" (Norwegian; Velg land eller 
område), it just returns to this choice, nothing happens.

I see the same when trying to install from 
pre-rc2/sarge-i386-netinst.iso
