Hmmm, you're right. English uses singular for one only (see
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/gettext_150.html).

Looks like this template was written by some French man (French and
Brazilian Portuguese seem to be the only languages with zero==singular).

We just need to change this without killing all translations, as we
may assume that translators know how to handle singular/plural forms
in their languages.

Let's first ask to some natives..:-)
