Bug#263178: install deos not modify boot_dev and boot_osflags

Package: install
Severity: normal

-- System Information:
Debian Release: testing
Architecture: alpha
Kernel: Linux 2.4.26-1-generic

netboot install (with the Aug 2 image) does work flawlessly now, but
after the reboot, the bootp is done again. I'd expect the bootloader
installer not only to write aboot and a reasonable config file (BTW,
there might be a minor glitch still, or is it intentional that the
config lines 2 and up refer to partition 2 = /boot as root fs, instead
of p. 3 after a automatic partitioning with home?), but also to modify
the SRM values (bootdef_dev, boot_osflags) so that the reboot does not
need human interaction again?

Cheers,
