Please consider that this is more than two weeks ago, so I am not
entirely sure what exactly I did to cause this. It may very well have
been me screwing up. :-)
I just remember that it took me several turns to get the partition and
lvm scheme right, and that I thought that the installer could use
some brushing up in this area, like telling me right away that I
could not assign / to an lvm volume, forcing me to redo the whole
thing, which, one way or another, seems to have caused this little
mess of mine.
Since I don't have another computer on my hands where I intend to
unleash the Sarge installer on right now, and because I'm on my way
to the LinuxTag anyway, I'm not in a position to try to reproduce
this myself at the moment.
I'm sorry, but this is all I can contribute to this matter right now.
If you cannot reproduce this "error", fine. It probably was me who
made the error. Just close this bug and we're all happy -- it's
definitely not worth delaying the Sarge release for. ;-)
Regards,
Matt
