close 248929
close 215205
thanks

248929: was about the "new" layout...which was reverted and now back
again, with the default correctly to English. I close this way as I am
the reporter

242557, 242556, 242555: the new layout makes this BR irrelevant

236257: less likely to happen with the new layout (no more "choose
this..."). Anyway, no simple solution for fixing it

220705: should be far more evident that the question is a *language*
question and has nothing to do "country-related". Anyway,
making the question simple is intentional-->we don't want to
clutter people with too much information. Explaining the
consequences of the language choice pertains to the install manual

215205: fixed for a while now, either with "old" or "new" layout

243705: this was the major goal of the "new" layout..:-)
