Bug#252121: Apt from base-config should be pre-seeded with installation values.

When installing from network (business card, usb keychain, or netboot), 
the user is prompted for apt source at first stage, and then prompted
again at second stage.

I believe this is due to base-config not being pre-seeded with those
values already entered by the user in the first stage.  I also believe
this can be fixed quite easily (for those of you who know how to
pre-seed, of course).

I hope this can be fixed.
