We could change this so that if grub detects /dev/md as /(boot), if
scans for the corresponding devices of the md

I Added a small delay, 2-5 sec, and then it seems to work. (well
actually, my home server bzz.no, does not need this, but this is
because it's a P200MMX)

This I don't have a fix for.
