I am not too sure, that one looked like it triied to load the pcmcia
drivers, where as I don't think it did at all for me.

I think it is the drive mapper which is dm-mod, but I think that you
need the lvm 2 instead of lvm 1.

I think that may fix the problem, as lvm2 will try to load the correct
module.
