Comments/Problems:
I noticed the the installer asks for a hostname only after it attempts to
get a DHCP lease. Some ISP (@Home is (in)famous for it in the Netherlands)
require a specific hostname in the DHCP request in order for a lease to be
granted.
Suggestion: First ask for a hostname and then request a DHCP lease (using
the supplied hostname)
