The module is correctly detected and loaded by the installer. His name
is DAC960 and the relevant lspci lines are:
00:0d.1 RAID bus controller: Mylex Corporation DAC960PX (rev 03)
00:0d.1 Class 0104: 1069:0010 (rev 03)

I think the problem is something regarding mkinitrd because it uses
/dev/disc* as device while it should be /dev/rd/c0d*.
