It's in subversion repository at svn.debian.org/svn/d-i/trunk
(in the doc/manual/en subdirectory). Compiled html version can be
found at http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/

We have all-in-one manual, the arch specific parts are marked by
xml-docbook's profiling. If the part about specific arch gets too big
(more than handful paragraphs), we put it into a separate file under
respective chapter (you'll see once you check it out).

If you don;t like to mess with docbook and xml, you can send me plain
text and I'll docbookize it and commit into the right place.

See above (send it to me, and I'll take care about the rest).
