We're missing the languagelist entry:
Albanian: Choose this to proceed in Albanian
Translation should start at "Choose...."
A languagelist line is also needed.
I guess this should be:
#Language [(Region/Country)];locale;langcode;countrycode;langlist
Albanian;sq_AL;sq;AL;sq_AL:sq:en_GB:en
I have added temporary entries....but the official translation is needed
