Bug#219333: cdebconf: Letter u grave not displayed....

One template in partconf asks about the mount point when the user chooses
"Enter manually" for the mount point.
This template ("Please enter where the partition should be mounted") has
been translated (by myself) to "Veuillez indiquer o�partition doit �e
mont�"
Strangely, the "�tter is not displayed at all...
After finding this, I noticed that this letter is never displayed wherever
it appears in d-i templates.
I assign the bug to "cdebconf", but this may be a bug in some display thing
I'm not aware of....
The test was done on Nov 05 sarge-i386-netinst.iso image in a VmWare
virtual machine.
