Update: this bug disappears when removing the Portuguese translation
of debian-installer/main-menu-title in main-menu.templates, but I could
not find why.
The more I am looking for this bug, the more I get confused, and now
I do not even remember how I did run d-i-demo. Do TERM or LANG need
special values, or could d-i-demo be run from any xterm? Currently
non-ASCII characters are not displayed during my tests.
