Actually, I think mkisofs supports both a PReP and Mac boot loader on
the same CD.  It doesn't support PReP and CHRP on the same CD, but I
have a patch to make it do so lying around somewhere.  So, I think it's
possible to have a single CD that can boot PReP, CHRP and Mac, but I'm
not 100% sure.
