Bug#141447: modconf: The problem still remains

Hello, the problem still remains.
I don't use a framebuffered console, only plain VGA console.
When I scroll up or down the menu is messed, corrupting the
text. It also occurs in the xterm or konsole xterminals.

Also, descriptions doesn't fit in the line and the beggining
of the line is dropped.
