A, ok, i had the impression that that is exactly what is needed,
the initrd.txt of the linux kernel Documentation gives this lilo entry
for example :
image = /bzImage
initrd = /boot/initrd.gz
append = "root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc rw"
I tried adding the init=/linuxrc entry, but to not much avail.
