Debian installer official web pages
I copied the html pages to the webwml/english/devel/debian-installer
directory and incorporated the makefile changes suggested by Geert
Stappers. The automatic update from wml-generated html to CVS still
needs to be implemented, I think Josip said he would do that.
In any case, we should consider the wml pages to be the master copy
now and make changes there. (AIUI, every DD has access to this cvs).
