The current "official" web page is in CVS,
debian-boot/debian-installer/doc/html/. It is currently checked out
at <URL:http://people.debian.org/~pere/debian-installer/>, but should
probably be available at some more official site
(www.debian.org/devel/.../ perhaps) as well.
