Perhaps you'd like to describe the problem ...
debian-boot@lists.debian.org is a mailing list, and we don't all have
context for previous discussions.

Since character major 10 minor 135 is /dev/rtc, the real-time-clock
device, I wonder if 'alias char-major-10-135 rtc' in
/etc/modutils/aliases followed by running '/sbin/update-modules' would
help. I have a hard time believing that this would cause an actual
problem beyond a cosmetic error message, though.
