I am not sure what the submitter used, but I ran into the same problem
- -- kbd-chooser segfaults immediately.  I would've filed a bug, but he
beat me to it.  I used Tollef's netboot image from 2003-05-06[0].  See my
install report[1] (item 2) for all the details.
