When using the slang frontend and debootstrap fails, there is no
feedback about what went wrong before the screen is cleared and a new
main-menu is displayed. This make it close to impossible to find out
what went wrong. When debootstrap fails, it should be detected, and
the error extracted (from wherever), and a note displayed to inform
the user about the fact.
