Re: Bug#191627: whiptail: Upgrade renders modconf unusable

It appears that modconf is setting the --menu width, height, menu-height
to be 0 0 0.
On dialog, this sets them to "autosize", as documented in dialog(1).
This feature is not present in whiptail. (Not mentioned in whiptail(1),
in particular).

For sizes too small whiptail segfaults. For marginal sizes it gives
floating point exceptions. This isn't nice and needs to be fixed anyway.

Its sort of a modconf problem, so i've CC: 'd this to the modconf
maintainer(s), who turn out to be the Boot Floppies team.
Boot floppies are not supported for this version of whiptail, anyway, so
it'll probably become the Debian Installer Teams responsibility.
Which probably means mine. Damn.

The best solution is probably to implement autosizing in whiptail. I'll
get down to it tonight, but don't expect a fix in the next 24 hours or
so.
