Bug#181398: kbd-chooser: segfault while loading de-latin1-nodeadkeys

Hi,

kbd-chooser failed to load the german keymaps. I think it's a buffer
problem, because all other keymaps can be loaded properly. And german is
the only keymap with this long description.

[de-latin1-nodeadkeys] German (Latin1; no dead keys)

I have tested it with the latest version available in cvs (see date
below).

Priority is medium. Image type is cdrom. kbd-chooser is the first
menu-point I have selected in main-menu.
