Configure after reboot

Hi,

The Debian install does some unnecessary steps before the reboot,
like configuring modules.

What the install floppy should do:
1. Request second net modules floppy disk, if source is net.
2. Mount source - hd, cd, net.
3. Copy parted from source.
4. Partition.
5. Copy base from source.
6. Setup boot loader and fstab.
7. Reboot.

A configure script runs after the reboot, using GUI or whatever.

This should also help with faster Debian releases, as only minor changes
are required to the install floppy for each release.

Cheers

Robert Browne
