I got some time tonight, it looks like the people that have reported success
on the 6360 are using BootX, not quik. IIRC, you don't have MacOS installed;
if you want to use BootX you'll have to install MacOS 7.5 or so (downloadable
from Apple) on a 10-20MB partition.
If you're dead set against that, there's one other option I can think of:
trying to put together a boot floppy that will boot your hard disk system.
