Bug#150627: mklibs: -L doesn't add a directory, it replaces default path by arg

Hi,
I need to add /usr/local/lib to search path. If I use -L /usr/local/lib,
the search path becomes /usr/local/lib and it loses /lib and /usr/lib/

BTW, can you add a -h|--help feature ?
