Bug#132350: basedebs.tgz not gzipped

According to a message from aj, this should be fixed by now. (That is,
the basedebs.tgz on the mirrors should be a real .tgz)
If you verify it's OK, could you just send a message to
132350-done@bugs.debian.org?
