I'm installing from the 3-CD set, I don't understand why the damn thing
wants me to insert a driver floppy......shouldn't the drivers be on the CD???
All of the folks I've talked to about installing Debian on Compaq
Proliants recommend booting from CD2. This boots with the "compact"
kernel flavor -- a different, trimmed down kernel config.
Debian/Proliant installs booting from CD2 (I hear) go without a hitch.
