new convenience pseudo-packages for the installation system

Hi,
There's quite a few people who don't read to the end of the Installation
manual and don't know that the right package name for the installation
system is "boot-floppies". These are mostly newbies, and they file bugs
against something that sounds logical to them, often "installation" and
"install", or "boot-floppy" and "cd-rom", or even "debian" (this is the
most lame case :).
Considering we already have "base" pseudo-package for a similar purpose, and
that "boot-floppies" is hardly intuitive when most people don't use floppies
at all, esp. several of them, I think some new pseudo-packages should be
added, using the same address "boot-floppies" uses.
Adding new pseudo-packages doesn't cost us much resources, right? Their size
is not even compareable with the size of Maintainers file for >5000 packages
woody now has...
