The problem is (was) here:

   ln dynamic_C_m68k.ent dynamic.ent
   debiandoc2text -d debiandoc.decl -l C -O install.sgml > install.en.txt
/bin/sh: invalid character 45 in exportstr for amiga-fdisk
/bin/sh: invalid character 45 in exportstr for pmac-fdisk-cross
/bin/sh: invalid character 45 in exportstr for util-linux
/bin/sh: invalid character 45 in exportstr for atari-fdisk
/bin/sh: invalid character 45 in exportstr for mac-fdisk
is this a serious warning?
/usr/bin/debiandoc2text: invalid character 45 in exportstr for amiga-fdisk
/usr/bin/debiandoc2text: invalid character 45 in exportstr for pmac-fdisk-cross
/usr/bin/debiandoc2text: invalid character 45 in exportstr for util-linux
/usr/bin/debiandoc2text: invalid character 45 in exportstr for atari-fdisk
/usr/bin/debiandoc2text: invalid character 45 in exportstr for mac-fdisk
nsgmls:en/inst-methods.sgml:824:23:E: general entity "mac-disk-image" not defined and no default entity
   make[3]: *** [install.en.txt] Error 1

I could not find mac-disk-image to be define anywhere. Seems this section
has been commented out in 2.2.17 (if <!-- --> is an sgml comment?).

Does it make sense to rebuild 2.2.16 for m68k or will we use 2.2.17 for the
point release?

Christian
