Bug#68517: Not enough RAID ida devices

Can you give some advice please.  ida.0 and ida.1 creates a whole bunch
of 256 device files for each target.  That exceeds the capacity of our
boot floppies.  Which ones are the most important ones?  I'd like to
manually create them instead of the entire clan.
