Bug#67771: Modconf fails to start

I didn't bother with the entire dump, since it's long, and I figured out
what's wrong from the end of the output. Whiptail is trying to load up
libnewt.so.0.25 for some strange reason. Here's a quick summary:

# whiptail
whiptail: error in loading shared libraries: libnewt.so.0.25: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

For informational purposes, here's the output from dpkg about what
version of each is installed. 

ii  whiptail       0.50-7         Displays user-friendly dialog boxes
from she
ii  libnewt0       0.50-7         Not Erik's Windowing Toolkit - text
mode win

One quick re-install of whiptail later (dpkg -i whiptail...) and modconf
works fine now.
