"not enough memory" is a problem with busybox init and the 2.4 kernel,
it is fixed in the busybox cvs (i pretty sure), but hasnt been
integrated into debian boot floppies yet.

If your after new raid0, you could patch 2.2.x kernel with the raid 0.9
patch, as for reiserfs im not sure why you want it on the floppy ?

After you install base you can use any kernel you want.
