Bug#65693: Select of MD5 and shadow passwords during install

During the install, the user is asked whether they would like
to install with MD5 passwords and then with shadow passwords.
If the user selects MD5 passwords at the first prompt and then
shadow passwords at the next prompt he/she will be returned to the
first MD5 prompt. Deselecting MD5 and enabling shadow will allow
the user to continue with the install.
