This sounds good.

The only reason to add the junk to CVS would be if the lang chooser is
to become part of the mainstream potato boot-floppies.  It seems like
you are indicating that it is not.  If it were, I would not at all
balk at adding 800k to the source package and/or CVS.  Small price to
pay, IMHO.  But if it's not ready, its not ready.
