Package: boot-floppies
Version: downloaded from links in Section 5 of the documentation, on =
21st July 1999
architecture: i386
model: IBM PS/1 386 SX-25, 4 MB RAM, 85 MB hard disk
scsi: none
cd-rom: none
network card: Genius GE2000III
pcmcia: none

On booting fromt the lowmem.bin image, the system cannot find my hard =
drive, which is an IBM WDA-L80. I've tried just hitting <enter> at the =
boot: prompt, then entering "linux hd=3D982,10,18" which has the values =
for the drive's geometry given by the CMOS utility, and then I tried =
"linux hd=3D982,10,18 ide0=3D0x04be" which has the values given by =
msd.exe when run from DOS. In all cases, when I see the =
low-memory-machine screen, I select "1" to create a swap partition, and =
the system reports that it cannot find any hard disks. =20

Thanks in advance for any help you can give,=20
